What counts as a prompt run?
One prompt run = one question sent to an AI model with the response captured and analyzed for citations. A prompt pack with 50 questions across 3 cities uses 150 prompt runs.
Can I add more sites or prompt runs later?
Yes. Additional sites cost $35/site/month. Extra prompt runs are billed at $25 per 1,000 runs above your plan limit.
Which CMS platforms do you support?
WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify connectors are available. For other CMSs, you can export fix snippets as copy/paste blocks or use our API.
Do I need a long-term contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
How do seats work?
Every plan includes 5 seats. Additional seats are $15/seat/month. Each seat is a team member with login access — read-only report links for clients don't count as seats.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your historical prompt runs and reports are retained. If your new plan has fewer sites, you'll choose which sites to keep active. Inactive sites' data remains accessible in read-only mode.
